Network Map showing a cellphone as one of the Satellites
I have an RBR750 and two satellites, when I look at my network map in the app, my daughter’s cell phone shows up as an additional satellite. How can I remove it from my network map? I have reset and rebooted several times and updated the firmware. Also note, my daughter does not live here any longer and the cell phone is in red as it isn’t connected to the network.
any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Re: Network Map showing a cellphone as one of the Satellites
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router/satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router/satellites and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on satellites, computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Re: Network Map showing a cellphone as one of the Satellites
Thank you for the tips! I have rebooted, but not in that sequence, I will give it a try today!
I have not done a factory reset ever, if the sequence does not do the trick, I will do a factory reset.
Thank you for your guidance and help!
