RBR750 not connecting to internet BUT it's two satellites DO
Woke up this morning and the RBR750 base unit stopped connecting to the ORBI APP. When I open the app, it says Disconnected. It also has stopped connecting to our iphone.
The other 2 satellites are successfully broadcasting wifi to a laptop and an ipad and a Kohler generator monitoring device. Oddly, an iphone cannot connect to them. Even with cellular turned off. We tried "forgetting network" and no luck.
We have not done a factory reset as we are worried about losing the internet connectivity we DO have. We are on a small island in the Bahamas, and don't want to chance killing the only existing wifi signal we have via the satellites.
So, summary:
- Confirmed there is internet service to the location.
- The internet service is somehow being successfully "passed through" the RBR750 to it's two satellites. The small light on the back of the RBR750 near the ethernet port is green. But the RBR750 isn't producing signal itself, nor is it successfully connecting itself / it's status to report to the Orbi app.
- Rebooting has not improved the situation.
All help would be appreciated.
