Smart Parental Controls Not Available

Hello,

My trial period for Smart Parental Controls expired and I'm unable to view and subscribe to the premium offering; I get the attached error "This plan is not available."

I've power cycled, restarted, reset, reinstalled the app, etc. many times, so please don't suggest doing that. 

My model is the RBR50, which is listed as supported for Smart Parental Controls.

Can someone please share how I can subscribe? Thank you.

Could you please open the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net ) and make a screen shot of the Parental Controls page?

I have never enabled Parental Controls on my RBR50, and my page looks like this:

The reason for this request is that the Parental Controls panel on my Orbi 'app' talks about Circle (which I think was replaced by Netgear's Smart Parental Controls quite some time ago.)

I don't see the Parental Controls option when I log into my router web interface 😞 Firmware is up to date, running V2.7.5.4.

This being late Friday, there may not be anyone "home" at Netgear.  Perhaps this link could provide somewhere to start on Monday:

Perhaps they have incentives to bring in business, and thus might be motivated to address the situation?

(All I can think of is perhaps the act of signing up for Parental Controls removed the menu item from your system - i.e. "use the 'app') and since I have never activated Parental Controls mine has been left alone?)
