Change subnet on IOT VLAN to 172.32.50.203

I have an Orbi Pro WiFi6 . I need to connect my solar panel inverter to the IOT VLAN network, but the Inverter has static IP address of 172.32.50.203, from a previous router
To change the inverter's ip address I have to remove the cover, flip switches etc, so it would be easier if I could change the IOT VLAN network to 172.32.50.*** and assign the static address for the inverter.
I assume all I have to do is change the ip addreess on the IOT VLAn, but not the others. Does the ORBI allow different VLANs to have different IP address ranges like this?

Re: Change subnet on IOT VLAN to 172.32.50.203
Why not set a static IP address on a laptop to same subnet accept for last octet to something different, long enough to connect to this device and set this device to what you have on the Orbi system or may set it to Dynamic IP address configuration so the device can connect to any router or any DHCP IP subnet?

Re: Change subnet on IOT VLAN to 172.32.50.203
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
