Attached Devices
I have the an RBRE960 Orbi WiFi 6 system with two Satellites one connected with fibre and then the second from the first via ethernet
On the home page in the Attached Devices window I can see
Number of Satellites: 2
Number of Devices: 30
In the Advanced - Access Control tab I see 30 Devices listed
On the Basic Attached Devices page I can see no Satellites or Devices
This is very confusing an means I can not confirm how the Satellites are connected
Any help appreciated

Re: Attached Devices
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What browser you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
Same thing seen in Orbi mobile app?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
How are the RBS connected to the RBR? Directly behind the RBR or is there any LAN switch or patch panel in between?
So the RBS appear connected if you power them OFF, disconnect them from ethernet ports in back, then power ON and let them wirelessly auto sync to the RBR wifi signal?
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
