ORBi AX4200. Second Laptop asking for Network Security Key.

RBK753-100NAS ORBI AX4200 +2 SATELL BNDL

Just installed in my house. One laptop is working fine, the second laptop in a separate area is asking for a Network Security Key during connection process, and will not accept the Network Password. I didn't install with any Network Security Key. I tried the ORBI Router Security Key, that didn't work. Any recommendation or suggestion concerning my issue.

Remove or forget the current wifi profile on the laptop, then try to re-connect to the Orbis SSID name and pw.
