I have recently added the Orbi RBK353 system and all good apart from one thing, I have an old Dell Latitude E7440 laptop which can't see the Wifi, I have read that if I turn off the AX then all would work apart from loosing the Wifi 6 part of the system. However when I try to switch the AX part off through the router if says that it can't because the WPS is in use, try later. Up to now having tried many times I keep getting the same response any suggestions.

Re: Orbi RBK353 connection to Dell Latitude E7440
Instead of crippling your system, why not work at fixing the laptop?
What wireless chipset is in it and what driver is it running?
Some laptops you can upgrade the wireless card in them. That might be worth checking into.
Or buying a cheap usb wireless adapter to connect to it.
I'd go that route over decreasing the performance of your system.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
