And we still don't know the brand and model # of the ISP modem/ONT. 

Sounds like there is already a router here that can effect good operation with any external router connected to it. 

IF your not happy then get it back to the place of purchase.

I have a fiber modem. Tryed to take a photo but cannot upload it hear. I am helpful from everyone who wants to help. I just get the macnr and all that us!

Use the choose file button on a post to attach you picture file to the post.
