RBK960 upgrade firmware issues
After upgraded the firmware on RBRE 960 from V6.0.3.50 to V6.0.3.68, I can't access the website. After factory defaut reset, I can ping to 192.168.1.1 but can't access the website. Any idea?
Thanks,
Yili

While many issues are generic and will apply to most routers, in this case you are asking about firmware. And that depends on the model number.
The RBRE960 is a fancy Orbi device rather than one of the Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) and WiFi 6E (AXE) devices covered here.
You might get more informed responses over in the section where they cover your hardware:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using to access the RBRs web page? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera.
Be sure your connected with the RBR with a LAN cable to test.
Try a different PC or laptop.
