RBS850 v4.6.7.13 firmware update issue

Hi,
I have an RBR850 with two RBS850 satellites.
I have manually updated the first satellite to v4.6.7.13 but it will not connect back to the router after the update. I have tried synching several times and moved the satellite close to the router to synch but still no luck.
Reset the updated satellite to factory defaults and tried again with no improvment, I can see the white flashing light on both satellite and router showing they are trying to sync.
If I connect my laptop wired to the satellite I can pull up the web page and logon and see the updated version number with default IP address and username/password after factory reset.
Also removed the affected satellite from the router attached devices configuration and tried again, no luck.
Router and Satellites all previously on v4.6.3.16 - Satellite is not exactly bricked but I can't revert the firmware to the previous version and cannot connect it to the router so its pretty useless at the moment (as is the wifi signal in part of my house!)
Any suggestions on how to resolve appreciated.
Thanks.

So when you updated the RBS first and let them process the update, then did you update the RBR lastly and let it process the update. Then turn OFF the RBS and RBR for 1 minute then back on with the RBR first then RBS?
Try connecting the RBS to the back of the RBR via ethernet cable...

Re: RBS850 v4.6.7.13 firmware update issue
Based on your post I took a leap of faith and upgraded the second satellite to the new firmware version which reconnected to the router straight away.
After I updated the router firmware as well the second problem satellite reconnected as well so all up and running now.
Thank you for the help.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
