RBS850 web page dies when you try to view connected devices

From the router's list of connected devices, I can see the addresses for the satellite devices' web servers.

I can connect to the satellites and see their status. If I click on the link to see connected devices, the satellite's web server stops responding to connection requests.  I am then unable to see even the main page which previously worked until I restart the satellite with a power cycle.

What Firmware version is currently loaded on RBR and RBS?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Is Armor enabled by chance on the RBR?
