Satellites RBS850 keep disconnecting from routers and Web console says no new FW avail!!!
For months now my RBR850/RBS850 is unstable. My satellites disconnect from the router and all attached devices cannot connect to wifi anymore.
I have checked on the ORBI app and the ORBI Web console and my current FW is 7.2.6.31. When I check from both app and console for an update, they say I have the latest version. But when I check on the Support site it say latest version: 7.2.7.15.
So my question is: Does ORBI know what they are doing???
Instead of pushing new products on the market they should fix the one they have already there!!! This is a complete joke.
I am going to upgrade my FW for both router and satellites and it better work!!!
Not impressed!!!

NG sometimes doesn't push new FW soon as it's posted. May hold off or push out in batches.
Been known posters posting about v.31 not being a good version.
What do you mean by RBS disconnecting from routers?
Has this been happening since the system was last updated to v.31?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

The satellites keep disconnecting from the router and this happened since V31.
I have 2 satellites on the upper floor and my router on the lower floor. House is 2700 sq ft and distance between router and satellites is easily more than 30 ft. internet provider is Orange (I leave in France); optical able with 1GB bandwidth up and down

Id manually update the system to newest FW version, RBS first, then RBR lastly.
Can follow this PDF on how to: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WIFI-6-AX-AND-Wi-Fi-6E-AXE/Procedure-for-Factory-reset-of-RBS850/m-p/2359585/highlight/true#M53030
For that size of home, the RBR and just one RBS should be enough, with two, I'd turn down the power from 100% to 50%.
