Unable to cast via RBS750
I have recently switched over to an RBR750/RBS750 wifi 6 network. Previously had no issues casting to Chromecast or to Samsung TV. Now can't cast to either via the satelittes but can with just the router neable. I have tried all previous suggestions and getting nowhere fast.
Both are connected and can see that, the TV for example can access Netflix, issue is casting to them directly despite being on the same RBS device and using the same network. Same on main or guest networks.

Re: Unable to cast via RBS750
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Try turning off AX for 2.4hz
CTS set to 2347

Re: Unable to cast via RBS750
Firmware is the very latest production version for the RBR750 4.6.5.14, tried with AX off and on, CTS set to 2347.
I have several (3) satellites, all set at optimum distance from the RBR750, over 30 feet to cover 3000 sq ft. I have 1Gbs Virgin Media cable, the provided router is as standard Hub4 and set to Cable Modem mode with latest firmware. This is only since I switched from an RBR/RBS50 setup and I had the latest firmware update. Connection straight to the router works if I turn off all satellites but signal strength not best.

Re: Unable to cast via RBS750
I would make contact with NG support and let them know what your seeing with and with out the RBS enabled for Chromecast. Seems like something isn't happening with RBS enabled...Something NG should look into.

Logged a support request, I have ProSupport, so would like to think they are busy working on this.
Certainly not an incentive to pay for Pro Support. It could have been assigned to someone who is on holiday, sick, left, or has moved on to other problems and is hoping this one has "gone away." The "squeeky wheel" gets more attention.
