Unable to downgrade firmware on Orbi RBR850 because yes button is missing
The orbi router is the 1st router I ever owned that has less features from the day I got it. First it was the DDNS service, then no ability to separate SSID and removal of the option to enable remote access to the web interface. I need to downgrade the firmware to reenable remote access before upgrading to the latest firmware. The problem is there is no button to select yes to downgrade. I did a reset not realizing I will lose this option. How can I reenable remote access to the web interface? The mobile app is useless for remote management.
I wonder what will be the next option to get the axe.

Re: Unable to downgrade firmware on Orbi RBR850 because yes button is missing
Downgrading is not supported since NG remove the Yes button in v4 FW.
They also removeing web remote managament from Orbi and Nighthawk series routers. I believe it maybe a security concern. So only remote access is the Orbi app when Anywhere Access is enabled.

Re: Unable to downgrade firmware on Orbi RBR850 because yes button is missing
Luckily I was able to reenable it without downgrading the firmware. The menu was just hidden in the web code but I was able to change it. The yes confirm option is also hidden and can be easily revealed. This was so unnecessary.
