Hi,
I need a AC Power Charger for the Orbi RBK353 (Europe/Holland Version).
I assume you can also use universal chargers however I am not sure which type?
Can you please help?
Thanks a lot

According to the manual:
North America: 120V, 60 Hz, input
UK, Australia: 240V, 50 Hz, input
Europe: 230V, 50 Hz, input
All regions (output): 12V, 3.5A DC output
So you'd want a 3rd party supply with a 12v 3.5amp output.

Re: AC Power adapter Orbi RBK353
yes you can use a 3rd party power supply. You just have to make sure it has the same voltage and polarity output as the original. It can have higher amperage but not lower.

Re: AC Power adapter Orbi RBK353
I don't. Sorry!
the specs don't show it and I don't have one.
Tried looking up the fcc info but didn't find it in a language I could read 🙂

Re: AC Power adapter Orbi RBK353
Perhaps someone who owns an orbi can tell the diameter of the RBK353 connector

Re: AC Power adapter Orbi RBK353
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.

Re: AC Power adapter Orbi RBK353
See my other answer to this question which, thanks to bad advice from someone else, now appear several times.

As I suggested there, look for an adapter with swappable tips.
There is nothing special about Orbi devices. Same sort of adapter as Nighthawk stuff, switches even. If you have one of those, the tip will almost certainly be the same size. I've tried them.
