APP CANT CONNECT TO NETWORK

When i try to connect to orbi app via iphone it shows a fault, cannot connect to network. So I cant access the features of the Orbi, cant even see if my second satellite is even working properly. Extremely upset to the point of smashing these Orbi satellites into a thousand pieces. Help
