Has anyone connected an Apple airport Time machine to an Orbi LAN port ? Will it work to perform backups on my two Macs?
I've got my backup (external harddrive) connected to the Orbi via ethernet and Time Machine is functioning well connected to that via wireless.
Excellent! Thanks a lot! Is Orbi service faster than if using additional Extremes as range extenders?
Seems better so far. I used to get occassional disconnects and perf drops on the extreme that forced me to power cycle every few weeks.
