I already have a AC2200 system with one RBR40 router and two RBS40 satellites. If I were to buy additional system with same equipment can they be added onto my existing system where the new router would also work as an additional satellite?

The RBRs work only as the main AP, they do not support extending wifi signals like the RBS do.

Thanks. But if I buy the 2 satellites that come with the new router I can at least add those to my existing system, correct? Seems to be the cheaper way to buying the additional satellites even if you don't use the new router
