Dual Frequency Bands not Available RBR20
I am having trouble connecting items at 2.4GHZ that only work on that band.
I used to have the option to connect to either the 2.4GHZ or 5GHZ, now t automatically connects to 5GHZ eveytime

I am guessing the issue is that the smartphone connects to the Orbi at 5GHz and certain of your devices are proving difficult to connect?
If you used to have the option of different brands, then you used to have a different WiFi router which has been replaced by the Orbi?
If the Orbi is set up with exactly the same SSID/password as the previous WiFi router, then those devices should simply connect automatically.

Re: Dual Frequency Bands not Available RBR20
The RBR20 has an option on the Advanced Tab of the web interface (http://orbilogin.net), the Advanced Menu, Advanced Wireless settings.
Uncheck the box "Broadcast SSID" for the 5GHz channel.
On the smartphone, "Forget" the Orbi WiFi, then search for WiFi and connect.
The phone will connect at 2.4G because there is no SSID being broadcast on 5G.
After setting up the device, reverse the process.
Would you mind indentifying which devices are proving difficul to set up?
