No signal on my rbs40v

Sinds last year i have the orbi rbk 50 (rbs50 and rbr50). last month I bought the rbs40v voice as extension. The voice has been placed on the older rbs50 place and is often falling away in the connection. I have tried to put it closer but its the same. The locations of the orbi are on the ground floor the rbr50 with the isp. The first floor rbs 50 and The place of the rbs40v is on the 2nd floor. When it works it is a great product. The problem is only with the rbs40v.

I have tried to reinstall, factory reset, replace the satellite.
Any other suggestions?

    What firmware is the orbi voice on? 

    have you tried moving it further away or laterally? sometimes hvac or foil lined backing in floors can cause issues. 

    Have you tried it with daisy chaining enabled/disabled?

      The firmware of the voice is v2.5.1.2.
      The firmware of the router and satellite is v2.5.1.16. I have tried to switch the satellite and te voice from places. The satellite is working fine but the voice is falling away.
      I have tried the daisy chaining enabled and disabled.

        have you tried it hardwired in? 

         

        mabye you're having a hardware failure. Not sure how old it is but you could check with support if you're still within warranty.
