Orbi AC3000 Router . Connection with a new modem
I had to buy a new modem. ARRIS SB8200. The modem is working but is not connecting with my router.

Re: Orbi AC3000 Router . Connection with a new modem
the sb8200 has 2x ethernet ports. but the majority of ISP's only support 1 device connected to the sb8200.
So power off the sb8200 and your router. disconnect all devices from both.
power on the sb8200 and give it a couple minutes.
Then connect the rbr50 to port 1 on the sb8200 and powe rthe rbr50 on.
Give it a couple minutes to fully boot and then try to set it up.
Make sure you don't use the other port on the sb8200 for other devices.

This is important. Doing things in the correct order is essential so that devices find things on the network and set themselves accordingly.
As you have replaced the modem in front of your RBR50, if it still does not work after the reboot cycle you may need to reset the RBR50 and set it up from scratch so that it forgets any settings it got from workins with the old modem.
