Orbi Connection Issues since switching internet providers

I switched internet providers about two months ago. For the first two weeks with the new provider, our connection was strong and we weren’t dealing with interruptions.

For the past several weeks our connection is constantly interrupted. I’ve reset my Orbi and the issue has not resolved. When I check my Orbi app it shows that the unit and both satellites are functioning but we have constant issues with streaming and are unable to enjoy any TV shows without constant interruptions. My Internet provider insists there are no interruptions from their end and I believe them because when watching my cable box I never have problems. I only have problems when trying to use the Internet, watching my fire stick. I’ve watched several YouTube videos and follow instructions on how to reset and like I mentioned my Orbi app says the system is functioning but it is not . Any ideas? My Orbi is probably about one year old maybe a little newer than that.

Not much to go on. 

What Orbi model do you have? 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
