Orbi Home Mesh
I am trying to set up and connect Orbi to my home network - however everytime the app tries to connect to temporary Orbi Setup newtork, I am unable to as my phone can't 'see' it. I'm then prompted to make sure Local Network in the app settings is on - whcih it is. Has anybody else experienced this? Any solutions?

Re: Orbi Home Mesh
Setup the orbi system using a wired PC or latop and web browser.
What Orbi model system do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I am with @FURRYe38 in preferring to configure a new WiFi system using a computer that is wired to the router with an ethernet cable. Alas, we "old farts" are a dying breed as so many customers no longer have a desktop computer and modern laptops often have no ethernet port.
The term "my home network" might be key. There is an existing WiFi network in the house? When the Orbi is powered up, after about three minutes it will begin broadcasting the WiFi SSID that is printed on the product label (bottom of the case). To use the Orbi app, the smartphone must be connected to that WiFi SSID using the password that is also printed on the label.
