Orbi RBR50 - blocking websites

Question

Hi.My Orbi is blocking access to some websites (eg Google) and some banking apps.I tried mobile (cellular) network and other wifi networks and this does not occurs.Any ideas what could it be? I has been working with issues for almost two years until two days ago. No changes in settings where made.

Hi PlemansThank for your response. It appears that the issue is Disney Circle blocking this sites. The orbi has the latest firmwareNot sure what’s going on. As mentioned, nothing has changed in terms of setup.Any ideas? I realised they this may not be the right forum for this question now.

1. what firmware is on the orbi?&nbsp;
2. what modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?&nbsp;
3. what actual error does it give?&nbsp;
4. is ipv6 enabled?
5. have you tried a different dns provider? You can try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

If you're using disney circle, there should be a filter list that you can modify

Are you using Armor or Disney?&nbsp;What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
