Orbi RBR50v2
I changed to RCN and got a new modem ARRIS -6411, since that time I cannot get my Orbi app to work. I have tried resetting it, restoring to factory defaults, and power cycling it.
It says it cannot join the Orbi WIFI or even find it on the app. even when I try to do it manually using the computer it says it is not connected.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?
Any help you have would be much appreicated!

Assuming RCN is this: https://www.usnews.com/360-reviews/internet-providers/rcn , can you comment more on the current status of the Orbi router:
- "Factory Reset" means you followed this procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMw4ePACgc4 ?
- If this is the case, then the Orbi should be broadcasting WiFi with the name (SSID) and password that is printed on the product label (bottom of the case). It should do this even when not connected to the modem.
- The Orbi web interface credentials should be "admin" and "password" (yes, literally "password").
- Does the computer have an ethernet jack that can be connected to the Orbi router?
