RBK23 upload speeds in Router mode
Hi there,
Why Netgear mesh systems (like my RBK23) limits dramatically the upload speeds setting up as Router? if I use the system as AP, all works perfect, but in Router mode... I can't obtain speeds over 250Mbps in a 600/600 line. I have try all but I cant solve it. I have the last firmware.
Anybody with the same problem?...
Thanks in advance.

Re: RBK23 upload speeds in Router mode
Make sure qos, traffic monitoring, parental controls, and access controls are disabled and reboot the router. those can sometimes decrease speeds.

Re: RBK23 upload speeds in Router mode
Thx for your reply, all this services are disabled, but how can I check if QoS is off? I've read in some site that QoS is default off, it's true?

Re: RBK23 upload speeds in Router mode
The ISP modem, is a HGU from Movistar/O2, the typical Mitrastar mounted by this corp like this one:
The modem is in bridge mode and all weight of network is over the Orbi RBR, I have single NAT.

Photos have to be approved by a moderator.
And it wouldn't be the first time an ISP supplied device didn't have a properly functioning bridge mode/passthrough mode.

Re: RBK23 upload speeds in Router mode
Oh, sorry, I didnt konw.
It would be, but I've see this router (and same ISP) bridged working well with another systems.
Anyway, it's very strange, because when I setup the system for first time, I have the complete bandwith, but If I reboot the router, in this moment I start to have slow up speeds... And allways with a specific speed, without fluctuations.

Did you try it with the moviestar in router mode and the netgear in access point mode?
