RBK33 orbi wifi (SSID) not found
Hello guys, today all the sudden my RBK 33 satellites stopped working and showed solid magenta.
I factory reset the main router RBR 40 mutiple times (pressed rest until amber light flashing) and it's now showing pulsing white.
However I am not able to find the Orbi wifi (SSID not showing up) –therefore, there is no way for me to access and set up the orbi net work. I even tried using a cable to connect orbi and a PC but when entering 192.168.1.1 it showed 404 page not found. Tried mutiple cables too.
Tried all devices (1 ipad, 3 iphones, 1 imac, 1PC)and was not able to find the ORBI SSID on all devices.
Have rest the Frontier modem for several times too.
Anyone can help?

Re: RBK33 orbi wifi (SSID) not found
IF the RBR is failing to be connected wireless or wired, even after a reset, the RBR may be faulty and needs to be replace.
Try taking one of the RBS power supplies and connect it to the RBR. There the same I believe. If this fails, seems like the RBR maybe bad.
I would contact NG support and see what your options are.
