RBR 50 with three satellites

I am unable to access the Orbi App. It does not recognize my own and if I then click on FORGOT PASSWORD, I get a page saying Access Denied. Any thoughts on the issue appreciated.

I understand that you are having issues access your Orbi app. 

Please uninstall your Orbi app, then reinstall the app to resolve this issue.
