Re: RBR40 PROBLEM
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is this the only device experencing this problem or do all devices have this problem when connected to the primary wifi signal?

Is this Orbi administered using the Orbi 'app' or the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net)?
I suspect that the smartphone MAC address may be blocked by either the app or the web Access Control and that the smartphone creates a random MAC address when connecting to the Guest WiFi and the Orbi has not been instructed to block that MAC address.
