RBR40 with no link light
My Orbi has worked pretty well since purchase but all of a sudden it stopped.
I noticed there is no longer a link light when I plug it in to the cable modem.
Checked the modem port and the cable. The Orbi just flashes white.
Any suggestions?

Re: RBR40 with no link light
Power OFF the ISP modem abd RBR for 30 seconds then back ON. Any thng change?
Swap LAN cables between the RBR and ISP Modem.
IF this fails, Press the reset button in back for 15 second then release. Wire connect a PC to the back of the RBR with the RBR disconnected from the ISP modem. Can you access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1?

Re: RBR40 with no link light
Thank you for that, FURRYe38 At least I am getting a link light now, though it is amber (not green) and the Orbi still is flashing white. Tried unplugging and resetting.
When I hard wire it to my Mac, it sees that address as unreachable.

Re: RBR40 with no link light
Sounds like the RBR is not functional any more.
You can try a recovery to see if you can get the RBR working:

If this fails, please open up a support ticket and ask for help and information on what is needed next. Ask if a RMA is an option

Good Luck.
