RBR50 Tri Mesh Orbi: How to change to 2.4 mHZ

I have had my Orbi system for 4 years.  I have been very happy with my system.  I recently purchased outside shades that uses an app requiring  2.4 mHZ for logging on.  The Shade app recognizes that it is a 5 mHZ and asks for 2.4.

How do I change my Orbi or allow access to the app if it is needs 2.4?
