RBR50 longer cable

Hi,

 

I need a longer cable on my Orbi RBR50 router. I've tried a standard cable but it refuses to connect. Any ideas on how to get it done? Do I need a specific type of cable?

CAT6 or above LAN cable is recommended...Find online most any etailor places.
