RBR50 "Port Forwarding" option in Grey

Hey Everyone

I've had this RBR50 system for a while now and I currently need to open a port to run a Nitrox Server on Subnautica. I wanted to do that so I logged into my account at http://orbilogin.com/adv_index.htm and one I did that I went into :

ADVANCED -> Advanced Setup  and there was the "Port Forwarding / Port Triggering option, but it wouldn't let me click on it, it's in grey and I don't know how to make it not grey so I can click on it and add Port "11000 UDP".

Any idea on what to do ? I thought it was maybe the fact that instead of having "ip"/adv_index.htm as the url I had http://orbilogin.com/adv_index.htm

All home routers have issues when placed "behind" an ISP router.  This creates what is called a "Double NAT":

The "easy" way to avoid double NAT is to put the Orbi in AP mode, but that means all of the "router" functions would have to be done on the ISP router and each router has different capabilities.

The "harder" solution is to find a way to put the ISP router into "bridge" or "passthrough" mode.  All ISP's are used to requests to do this, so a call may solve the problem for you.  Or, finding the router User Manual online.  If you post the exact brand and model number of the ISP device, someone may be familiar with how to change it.

Is the Orbi configured in "router" or Access Point (AP) mode?

When configured as an Access Point, all "router functions" such as Port forwarding are disabled.

Also, do you have Armor or Disney Circle activated?

I don't know about Armor and Disney Circle. But yes it is in AP Mode, I thought it could've been that. The other issue is that when it's in Router Mode, for some reason my network, when I'm connected to the routers via Wi-Fi or Ethernet won't let me access some websites and services like game launchers without using a VPN. So if you know how to fix this, I could put it back in Router Mode.

Okay, everything is starting to make more sense now. Honeslty, It's not worth going through the hassle as my ISP router is from a French company.
