Reset Router but wifi network Cannot be detected
Hello! I am not tech savvy and need help. Last night I had a severe thunderstorm caused my Orbi router satellite led to turn amber. I tried doing a factory reset and it blinked white to a now solid white. I am trying to login but every time I click the original wifi network name on my laptop it says it cannot be joined. I have the RBR10 router. Please help.

Re: Reset Router but wifi network Cannot be detected
Hello Nklim,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
Please forget the network SSID of your RBR10 then unplug your RBR10 for thirty seconds then plug it back in. After it starts up check for the Wi-Fi name then verify that you are able to access your Orbi via the Orbi app and Orbilogin.com.
Please let me know the status of the issue as soon as possible!
Best,
Kevin
