Suddenly none outside can reach my network (Orbi RBR50)

I haven't changed anything.
It's been so long. The only IP address I see when logging into the orbi is on the 10.*.*.* subnet which I know is private. Is my ISP failing to provide an externally reachable address all of a sudden?
whatsmyip.org gives me a real IP address, and the ORBI is registering that with my dyndns, but the status screen on my Orbi says this:
All attempts from outside now fail. Two days ago all was well.

This is resolved. The ISP switched me to a private IP and we addressed it with them.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure to edit out any MAC addresses from pictures for security reasons.

The ISP is Riverstreet locally. I can't make heads or tails of the small black box they gave me. I can't access it. But it's always just worked. It looks like a power adapter but has Ethernet in and Out.
All I can find outside is a line from the antenae into the house as ethernet.
Uploading a pic.

Looks like a POE adapter:
https://www.amazon.com/GP-A240-050-Switching-Supply-GP-A240-050G-GP-H480-050G/dp/B0B2TS79VT
Does this connect to a ONT or ISP modem or just direct from the ISP?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

All I see is ethernet cable coming from outside where the antenae is. I can climb under the decking, but I can't imagine electronics out there. So it is possible its to the ISP? It's fixed wireless internet.

Re: Suddenly noone outside can reach my network (Orbi RBR50)
Yes. I'd contact the ISP and ask about this.
You maybe in a double NAT condition since the router is seeing a 10.x IP address which is a private address which is not recommended.
Something to let the ISP know about:
https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers
https://kb.netgear.com/24086/How-do-I-set-up-a-default-DMZ-server-on-my-Nighthawk-router
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Try option #2 first...

Is this your ISP? https://myriverstreet.net
What this looks like is that Riverstreet is providing a private IP to your router rather than the public IP that it was providing previously. First step is to call them and ask, "what's going on?"

Re: Suddenly noone outside can reach my network (Orbi RBR50)
Yeah, that service call is already made and that's exactly what I asked. I was concerned that I might be missing something stupid on my end.
I am waiting on a reply.
I did the reboot sequence, but I don't have any gear from the ISP except that black box that I guess provided power and pass through of a signal from the dish?
I dont have a cable modem like I did will all previous ISPs before I moved here.

Looks like a CPE installation of a wireless PtP or PtmP Internet connection to me.
Certainly not a Orbi issue, much more likely the ISP has changed the connection to some kind of CGN (or NAT in the view of the private IP range - very cheap for such a service) connection under the pressure of the IPv4 shortage.
We will hear tomorrow from the customer with the answer from the ISP.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
