      I hate companies that sell you stuff then say upgrade and then there is no phone support and the site does not have the corect info when you try and follow the email they send you

      I updated to the latest firmware, 2.2.1.210 and now I cannot connect to the internet, no Wifi or very sporadic connection. Cannot find a number to call. System was working perfectly prior to update. This problem is caused by you and I cannot get help

        What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

         

        Try a factory reset and set up the system again from scratch with the modem. Walk thru the setup wizard with a wire connected PC and Browser connected to the routers web page at 192.168.1.1.

    I need the contact number now --- I bought your product and with that I get 90 days of "FREE" support.

     

    Consumer fraud??? I am not the only product owner looking for the support phone number.

  • This is crazy I bought this device and have one simple question and have spent the last hour navigating your website for service.  Please provide the contact or live chat support information so I can get on with my day.

  • Can someone please help me to connect with WPS?  I do not have an ethernet cord.  There is no phoen number for me to call a live person to ask for assistance.  I followed the manual dircetions to connect with WPS and it is not working.

  • Trying to merge ready cloud with netgear acount, get to last step when it asks for password. It gives error message and says password incorrect. What do I do now? I have no problem loging into the netgear account, password work their.
