Unable to connect to Orbi app or 192.168.1.1 for my Orbi CBR40

Authentication is fine, but am unable to get to the management console or the app. Its ridiculous, even 192.168.1.1 does not work. Yes, I am connected to the WiFi with no VPN. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you can connect to the CBRs web page with a web browser.
