orbi satellites only - can it operate without orbi router

Hello.  I have 2 Orbi AC2200 - RBS20 satellites, but no Orbi Router.  It got severely damaged. 

Can I still set up a Mesh wifi system at home? Can I convert one of the Satellites and act as a Router? 

I've been trying to find online where/how I can purchase an Orbi Router alone, but either I can't find it alone or it's triple the price than just purchasing a whole new system/kit. 

What are my options? Thanks in advance.

eBay has a wide assortment available.  Search RBR20 or RBR50.

You can't convert RBS to RBR.
