trying to manually update firmware to latest version but failed. from 2.2.1.210 to 2.3.0.28.need help thanks

Update the RBS first to v28. 

What browser are you using? Try IE11 or FireFox broswers

Besure to unpack the .zip file...

What OS platform are you using? Windows or Mac?

do i need to enable ipv6? how?

There should be a IPv6 setting either under Basic or Advanced Tab

Once in the IP6 setting tab look for the drop-down at top right corner probably that says something like AUTO CONFIG.  That dropdown is where you can select DISABLE for IP6 -- e.g. it only disables IP6 when selected.
