Connecting a second AX4200 system? can I backhaul the second router to the primary?
Can I add a second Orbi AX4200 system to the first, instead of adding and buying more individual statellites?
Can I connect the second router via LAN to backhaul it to the primary router and have it act as another satellite?
Adding second system package is a much lower cost than buying individual statellites.

RBRs can only work in router or AP mode. Not RBS mode.

Thanks for the clarification.
Would I be able to use the two extra satellites from a second RBK753 system to link to the router in the first RBK753 system?
Or are the satellites specifically paired to they are shipped with in a package?

Yes. You can use the other RBS with 1st RBR.
