Also, I opened a NG ticket online yesterday. How long does it usually take for them to respond?

Put the .zip file up on a cloud service like dropbox or onedrive and Private Message me and @Orbi_Ryan  the share link to the log.

One thing to note, during the drops on my Teams meeting, my streaming TV on my Firestick (YouTube TV) froze several times as well. No TV freezing after my meeting. My Firestick is connected to and about a foot from the RBR.

Good information.

Would be a good test to turn OFF all other streaming devices and just test teams alone to see if problem continues. 

Also checking to see if you have SIP ALG enabled or disabled on the RBR and if you tested this feature with Teams, enabled and disabled?

I have tested with no other streaming. Wife was gone and the TV streaming was off. I have tested with SIP ALG enable and disabled with the Teams meetings and it didn't make a difference.

OK. Thanks for confirming that. 

Hopefully the debug logs and show something to NG. It's the weekend so may not see any responses till next weekend.

Thanks for checking in. I turned everything over to NG support. Been waiting to hear something back for a couple weeks now. I keep checking in with them, but nothing back other than they are still working on it. I will definitely update here when I hear back.

v 10.5.10.184 fixed the issue. No more streaming issues and my Teams meeting was flawless. I had NG close the case.

Awesome. Good to hear. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Another couple things this firmware fixed:

My Canon printer would not connect to the WiFi network with the installation of the Orbi 770. Now it connects and works as expected. Also, my Lenovo laptop with an Intel Dual Band Wireless AC3160 NIC would not connect and now it does. This firmware update fixed all of my issues.
