Can’t connect iPhone to cbr40

Hi I'm having this same issue for 2 years.  I turned off iCloud relay.  I've reset my admin password a billion times.  I can't connect to router on web as it puts me in admin password reset loop over and over.  My wifi works but I haven't been able to update firmware or anything via app or web.

How is the Basic Tab/Wifi Setting configured? 

What model iPhone do you have? 

What iOS is loaded? 

Be sure to disable WiFi Private IP address feature on the phone:
