Orbi 11 Internet Connectivity Issue
Our Orbi 11 modem seems to lose connectivity to our Xfinity internet about once a day lately and I have to unplug the power and reset it. Is there a known problem with this modem or should I call Xfinity and check with them?

Do you have the cbk40 or which model do you have?
If you have another model, which modem is it?
If you do have a cbk40, can you take a screen snip of your modem connections page? It shows the status of your coax connectino signals.

So will this fix my connecting issue. I notice sometime the modem light is purple
