Need more information regarding this...We have no idea what your using, how your accessing this site. What product your referring to. Alittle more information would be great.

My Setup (Cable 1Gbps/50Mbps)>CAX80 v2.1.2.1(LAG Disabled)>RBK853 v4.6.3.16

My apologies, it's for a client. He has the RBK53S. ISP is Spectrum. He can access the site by connecting to his cable modem, but when the Orbi is used he cannot access the website. Tried Chrome and IE.

 

He gets a REF: 18.ac243717.1566909736.20417cc6 in the message window, as well.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
