App Not Showing All Connected Devices

Hi

Not all my devices are showing up in either the Apple Mobile App & Online @ orbilogin.com.

I am on Firmware V3.2.16.22_1.4.9 which I believe is the latest.

Only showing 18 connected devices where I know for I fact I have upwards of 35 devices.

Any ideas???

the real question is do those missing devices work?
