Can't access 192.168.1.1
So a few months ago I used to be able to go to http://192.168.1.1 and port forward and manage some stuff. Recently it just "This site cannot be reached" and I can't access the website, I have checked my default gateway and I am in fact using the right adress, we've reset our Orbi routers, we've tried going to Orbilogin.com and Orbilogin.net, we've tried using multiple devices and using different cables and connections and such and we've got nothing. Any advice helps. We're using frontier as our internet provider and using orbi satilites RBS50v2

Re: Can't access 192.168.1.1
Thanks for including the image. What browser is this? Does the "Details" box bring up anything useful?
I would open a DOS Window (or the equivalent in Linux and Mac) and try to 'ping' the Orbi.
The gateway is showing as 192.168.1.1, correct?

Re: Can't access 192.168.1.1
So I am currently using Chrome as my browser. Also when I open details it just shows some useless suggestions i've already tried like "check your internet connection" and stuff. Also I don't know what a DOS window is but I can ping it by going into my cmd and doing the cmd 'ping 192.168.1.1'. So I just did it and this is what it gave me.

Re: Can't access 192.168.1.1
Thanks. Really old people remember this as a "DOS Window". So the Orbi router is definitely present and alive.
Can you try a different browser?
How about trying the secure web portal: https://192.168.1.1
The browser will complain about it being "insecure" because the SSL certificate is "self-signed". Just ignore the warning.
You are probably aware that the "last resort" is to do a Factory Reset and reconfigure the router from scratch. (I absolutely hate doing this. It takes me over two hours to make all the configuration settings on my router.)

So I did everything you said and unfortunatly it doesn't work, I guess we'll have to factory reset it. I'll wait for more answers tho before I do so if anybody else can help me that'd be nice

And after restarting the Orbi, you still can't get to http://192.168.1.1? You've said you already tried different devices but to be complete and to ensure your browser is just not prompting you for the admin/password, try using a different browser and go to http://192.168.1.1.
