Netgear support keeps hanging up on me. ORBI RBR40

My Orbi won't reconnect to the wifi after 24 hours without power. I've tried all the suggestions on the support page, and spent two hours going through all the gyrations. I finally found a number for support (1-888-NETGEAR), and called it four times and was hung up on four times. Now I'm boxing up the Orbi and returning it to Costco.

I might wait until an expert here trys to help.  Yes, I have seen an almost 100% frustration level with official Netgear support.  There are many people who might tell you that getting hung up on 4 times in a row is more support than you would get if they actually answered.  So far my issues have all been resolved with great help from this forum so thank goodness for the dedication of the people here to making things work for us!
