OK to go from 2.5.x to 2.7.x in 1 step?

Is it Ok to jump from 2.5.x to 2.7.x when updating manually?

Or better to incrementally update to 2.6.x first?

Doesn't matter. Manually apply what you feel like. I went from v4 to v70 then back to v16. After v102 was made available, I loaded v60 first on top fo v16, then let the v102 update from the RBRs web page. All the was manually and with out any issues which is recommended. Smiley Wink
