ORBI RBS50Y-EXT not showing in the network map

My External RBS50Y does not show up in network map. Tried to reboot it, it goes through all the motions of reboot I get a steady blue light then it goes out, then nothing! Still not showing. What should I try next?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. My first step would be to look at the Orbi router Attached Devices display on the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net)

If the RBS50Y is in Extender Mode, it will appear as a regular device, not as a satellite.
