ORBI Router automatically switching back and forth between 2 MAC Addresses
Why does the Orbi router swith back and forth between MAC Addresses? These dates and time seem to co-incide with a drop in Internet access.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Are the RBS wireless or wire connected to the RBR?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.

You really have not address the issue. You asked me to basically turn off a lot of things, and try a bunch of stuff. Apparently you do not understand the fundementals and have me systematically attack this problem.

The Orbi is not "changing MAC addresses". This message is saying that IP address 192.168.1.1 is being broadcast by more than one device on the network. There is a free tool on the internet which looks up MAC address by vendor:
https://www.wireshark.org/tools/oui-lookup.html
These two devices are:
38-94-ed, which is assigned to Netgear (i.e. the Orbi), and
54-e0-19, which is assigned to some company called Ring Ring LLC
Would you by chance have any "Ring Products"? (doorbell, security camera, etc.)

Yes, I have a number of Ring devices on the netwok. I have 6 cameras and I Ring door bell.

When you look in the Attached Devices page, does one of these Ring devices have a MAC address of 54-e0-19-09-fe-4a 0xc ?
